3. Shipping Costs

Canada

  • FREE shipping on orders over $40 CAD

  • Orders under $40: Calculated at checkout

USA

  • Rates calculated at checkout based on location and carrier


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your package in real time.

5. Wrong Address or Missed Delivery

If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is returned to us:

  • We can reship the order

  • Additional shipping fees may apply

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  • Please contact the carrier first

  • Then contact us at support@valaero.com with your order number

We will help you open an investigation with the carrier.

7. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For U.S. or international orders:

  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

  • Most jewelry orders under $100 do not incur duties
