REFUND POLICY

At Valæro™, we want you to love your purchase.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Returns sent back without approval will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Earrings

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards


3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Description of the issue

We will replace the item at no cost.


4. Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing time:

  • Bank or credit card: 3–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made a mistake on your order.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos.
We will send a replacement immediately.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Valæro™ is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier.
Please contact the carrier directly in this case.


7. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After that, they may already be processing.
